We are an "Open Admission" shelter, meaning we take all animals, even those from other shelters, and keep them until they find their forever homes.

We rely totally on public funding. We do not receive any government, county or city funding for any of the many animals surrendered to our

care by their owners.

However, we are responsible to care for animals picked up by Animal Control in the City of Sioux Falls under contract. These animals are considered strays until such time they may be put up for adoption.

We appreciate any help you can give to help provide a Safe Haven for all pets. Thank you for your support. Please make a donation today.
