Hi, my name is Phil. I came to the shelter as a stray so not a whole lot is known about me. I'm a very outgoing and playful kitten. I prefer running around and exploring to sitting on laps, but once I'm tired out I may come snuggle with you. I need lots of things to climb on and play with to keep me occupied. It would be great if there were some cat trees and scratchers in my new home. I would love to go to a home where someone will take the time to play with me. I should do great with supervised children of all ages. It is not known how I am with dogs. I have been around my sibling and have done well but I do not know how I feel about other cats. If you have another pet at home, please be sure to introduce us properly and understand that it may take time for us to feel comfortable with each other. Will you be my forever home?
