Hello! I'm Loki! I'm coming to the shelter because I wasn't quite the right fit for my previous family. I am a big boy with a lot of energy! I love to go on walks, but I do need to be taught that biting the leash isn’t very nice when we are walking. The more exercise that I get, the less leash biting I do. I am a dog that is quite protective over my house and family so I would do better in a home that doesn’t have a lot of visitors and I should be leashed and supervised outside especially if random people come onto the property. The best thing for me would be a home with a lot of routine and structure. I have been around dogs in the past, and I just don’t seem to get along with other canine companions. This is another reason that it is very important for me to be leashed outside especially if there is no fence on the yard. Because of my energy level and leash biting habit, I do need to go to a home with children ages 11 and up. I love balls, squeaky toys, swimming, and being outside! I am not a fan of car rides or loud noises at nights, I also don’t like tags on my dog beds or blankets, but I take care of that myself. I am a very smart guy who knows tons of commands!
