Hi, my name is April! I came back to the shelter because I like to talk when I am home alone. I am a very laid-back kind of dog and tend to do my own thing. I love to follow my nose and explore new places, please be sure to supervise me while I am outside so I don’t accidentally wander off. Since I am more on the independent side, I should do well with children ages 5 and up who understand that I do sometimes need time to myself. It is unknown if I am house-trained, so please be patient with me while I learn our new schedule!  I don’t know how I feel about other animals; if you have other furry friends in the house, please be sure to give us a proper introduction. I would love an owner who will be able to take me for strolls around the town exploring. Can I be your forever adventure partner?!
