Hi, my name is Skylar! I came to the shelter because my family could no longer care for me. I am a very happy and excitable dog! I enjoy a nice head scratch from time to time but I am more on the independent side. Because of my independent nature and being easily excitable, I should do well with children ages 13 and up. I was an outdoor only dog at my last home, so I might need time to adjust to potty training. I have lived with another small dog before and was not too fond of them. If you have another dog in the house be sure to bring them to the shelter for an introduction. I am unsure how I feel about cats. I love to play and will bring toys back to you all day if I could! Can I be your forever friend?
