Hi I’m Pete! I came to the shelter as a surrender. I am timid at first,  but once I warm up to you I am a high energy guy who loves to play. Strangers scare me, so each time you come to visit me will help me become more comfortable with you. I am kennel trained and partially potty trained.  I really enjoy going for long walks and could walk for hours. I love stuffed toys and can destroy them in  a few minutes,  so it’s best that I only have heavy duty stuffed dog toys. I am unsure how I feel about dogs or cats. If you have a canine friend at home, please bring them to the shelter to meet me before adopting me. I can be mouthy when it comes to toys and food so it’s best that I go to a home with older kids. Will you take me to my forever home?
