Hi, my name is Duke! I am coming back to the shelter because I do not like being left alone in cars. I am a very smart boy that knows how to sit, shake, roll over, high five, lay down, and even sit pretty! I love to learn and bet I could learn how to do more things! I am also house-trained and kennel-trained but should be kenneled until I am comfortable in a new surroundings. I do bark when I am left alone so I would love a family that is home more often than not. I may also not be the best apartment candidate. I have been around dogs before and can be a bit selective with them. I have done a couple intros here at the shelter, and I seem to do alright with lower energy/submissive dogs. I don’t really care for energetic dogs, or dogs that may challenge me. I do not know how I feel about small dogs or cats though. This is my fourth time here at the shelter, and I am a staff and volunteer favorite.  I am the shelter star--- meaning I get a big goodie bag to go home with me! Will you be my last new forever family?
