I’m happy and you’ll know it when I wag my tail! My name is Robert and I am bursting with joy! I have lived in the shelter environment for so long now and I am still such a happy guy! I guess you can say I am always an optimist! I get so excited that my tail gets a waggin and my tongue hangs out for all to see! The people here say I am sooooo cute and I agree! Right now I am in a special program called Paroled Pups where I am learning how to be my best self. I have learned to walk better on a leash and some basic commands, like sit and shake. I would love to find a family that can continue to work with me on these skills. I have been training here with a clicker or snap sound and have been responding very well to that. I love to be active so if you are looking for a friend to get you up and moving, I am your guy! I really want to find a family to love me and live in a home!
