Hi, my name is Sammy! I came to the shelter as a stray, and it appears that in my short life, I didn’t get the best care. When I got to the shelter, I was severely emaciated to the point that I couldn’t even stand by myself! I weighed 21 pounds and now I weigh over 40! Since I was so emaciated, I do have a hard time sharing food or treats with other animals. Due to this, it would be best if I was a single pet at home and went to a home with older kids. I am partially potty trained and was used to using a doggy door. Staff has learned that I absolutely love to dress up in sweaters and other clothes! Will you give me the best life ever?
