We really have to warn you that Jasper really does not hold his lick-er well at all! This dog is full of kisses! He is such a sweet guy. Here at the shelter his patented move is to stand with his front legs up in your lap and lean on in to you when you sit by him. It is hard not to fall in love with him instantly! Jasper does not want any cat friends but does like some dogs. If you already have a dog at your house, our staff can help the dogs meet to see if they would be good siblings.
