I came to the shelter because my owner moved and I was unable to go with. I have lived with other dogs before and done well with them. I have also been around cats and ignored them. I have been around children before and was too much for the younger ones to handle. I am very active and hyper and tended to be a little rough with the children. When I want attention I can be very persistent about pushing myself into a person's space. I am working on my house training but still, need some work. I have been in crates before, but really don't like being kenneled. Am more independent than cuddly. I like to be around my people, but don't like to be handled a lot. A few pets is all I need to feel good. After I really just want to hang out next to my people.
