Diamond believes in living life to the fullest! She is looking for a family that likes to have fun and appreciates her enthusiasm. Diamond does everything big. She just loves life so much and more than anything, she loves her people!

 

Diamond was getting a little stressed out at the shelter so one of her dog walking volunteer friends took her home to foster her until she can find her forever home. Her foster family tells us she is the most amazing dog and they have been so impressed with how much she has learned since she’s been at their house.

 

Diamond would love to find a family who likes to be active for short amounts of time, but also likes to relax with her. Diamond’s dream day would go something like this…

 

After crawling out of a comfy bed, Diamond would love to go on a drive to a park or nature area where she could go on a 20 to 30 minute walk. She loves to walk in the cooler weather so early mornings or late in the evenings are her prime walking times. Then she would love to help her person go get a coffee and pup cup and head on home for breakfast. After that, it’s time to relax on the couch for some belly rubs and a good nap! Later on in the day, Diamond would love to play with some squeaky stuffed toys or show you her zoomies in the backyard. She would love to end her day eating her second meal out of a Kong wobbler or a snuffle mat and another short walk followed by snuggling up to watch a movie with her favorite people. She is a movie junky and would love to help you binge some Netflix!

 

Really, Diamond would love to be your sidekick and do whatever you are doing. Her foster family has worked a lot with her on her manners and having polite interactions and she has been a training superstar! She loves to go on car rides and other adventures, but does need to stay a safe distance from other animals when she’s out and about.
