Hi I’m Humphrey! I am a high energy dog who loves to run and play. I enjoy playing fetch with tennis balls but don’t always want to bring the ball back to you. So if you do decide to play fetch with me please bring multiple balls. I know how to “sit” and may know a few other commands as well. I can be jumpy and mouthy especially when I get excited so it’s best if I go to a home with older kids ages 15 and up who understand not to egg me on. I am also quite strong so a harness is suggested for walking me. I have met some of the other shelter dogs here and I have done very well with dogs who can handle my play style. I may be a bit too much for older dogs though. I would be a great hunting dog with how strong my drive is! Will you take me to my forever home?
