Hi, I’m Tanner! I came to the shelter from a rough situation. This means that I am going to be a lot more work than a ‘normal’ dog would be. I was around a lot of other dogs but I do not know how I would be living with another dog. I don’t really know how to do anything leash wise or training wise. I likely am not house-trained either but that is unknown at this time. I am very reserved when I first meet new people. I want to be everyone’s friend..but I am not yet confident enough to even walk to you, I will crawl to you instead. I should do well with older kids that can respect my past and personality. I would do best in an experienced home that has dealt with somewhat unsocial dogs before, a home with a family that is home more often would likely be the best home I could get! Because of skittish I am, it is required that my new home have a fenced in yard. Please make sure you are prepared to give me the time and energy to teach me how to be a dog. Be mine?
