Hi, my name is Billy! Don’t I have the cutest face?! I came to the shelter as a stray so not a whole lot is known about me. I am a friendly guy who absolutely loves attention! I especially love my cheeks and chin being scratched! My other favorite things are treats! I don't seem to talk too much unless I have something important to say! I should do great with supervised children of all ages. I do not know how I feel about dogs or other cats.
