Hi, my name is Katherine! I came to the shelter because my owners could no longer keep me. I am a bit of a shy girl when I first meet new people. Sometimes my meow sounds like I am in despair and need some hero to come and save me. Give me some treats, a nice bed, and some butt scratches and I will be your best friend. I do become talkative and quite cuddly when I do warm up to you. As long as children understand to go slow with me, I should do great with supervised children of all ages. Please do not be offended if I hide the first couple nights I am home. I do not know how I feel about dogs or other cats.
