Hi, my name is Hermes! I came to the shelter as a stray so not a whole lot is known about me. I am more of an independent and timid sort of guy but it doesn’t take me long to warm up if you give me some cuddles and cat treats. I am definitely not a lap cat because I have places to be and a living room to see! As long as children go slow with me, I should be fine with supervised children of all ages. Just please don’t be offended if I hide the first couple nights we are home. I do not know how I feel about dogs or other cats. If you have a pet at home, please make sure you introduce us properly and understand that it may take time for us to feel comfortable with each other. Will you bring me out of my shell?
