Hello! My name is Picasso! I came back to the shelter because my previous owners were moving and couldn’t take me with them. I am pretty laidback for my age. I am still a young cat and have lots of energy to burn. I would rather be exploring than being held.  I have lived with dogs and children in the past and done well.
