Hi, my name is Henry and I came back to the shelter because I have tons of energy! I can be pretty protective of my home because I love my family so much! When you call to me for some petting I will usually run right up to you and try to get on your lap. But if there is something to chase when you call me, I will likely choose chasing over attention! I have been around dogs before and done well as long as they were at least my size or up, but I do try to mount them. I have also done well around cows or horses. I did not do well around cats or chickens. I should do well with supervised children ages 13 years and older. Like most cattle dogs I like to play with my mouth and can be rough about it. I get very excited for petting and attention and am not always careful about knocking anyone over. I am picky about my petting as I don't like my feet, tail, or face handled. If you understand and enjoy cattle dogs than you will enjoy your life with me. I love to chase and play and like to be kept busy. Will you be my forever family?
